After Priscilla, the late show on Thursday at 10 is with Extra Golden, one of Barack Obama's favorite bands.

Kenyan and American cooperative Extra Golden crank up electric guitars and sing melodies over propulsive rhythms. Barack Obama himself is a fan and pulled some strings to make sure they got their visas and work permits to play in the states. Extra Golden is an international collaboration between members of two bands: the Nairobi, Kenya based benga band Orchestra Extra Solar Africa, and Washington D.C. based rock band Golden.
